1. Requirement confirmation:
The customer submits requirements;
2. Our feedback:
Specification + formal quotation (including shipping cost, tax, and delivery time);
3. Contract signing:
Both parties shall affix their seals and countersign the "Sales Contract"; the contract number serves as the unique order number, and all subsequent documents shall reference this number;
4. Advance payment:
The customer pays the advance payment (via T/T to our corporate foreign currency or RMB account); once the finance department confirms the payment, the system automatically schedules production;
5. Production scheduling:
Warehouse material preparation → SMT → soldering → burn-in test → full appearance inspection; automatic email notifications to customers at key nodes;
6. Final payment notice:
After the finished product is produced and quality inspection is completed, the system sends a "Final Payment Notice" along with high-resolution packing photos; the customer then pays the final payment;
7. Logistics and shipping:
Arrange logistics on the day when the payment is confirmed to have been received;
8. Goods receiving and inspection:
The customer shall count the items according to the packing list and submit the "Acceptance Receipt" within 48 hours; failure to do so within the specified timeframe will be deemed as acceptance;
9. Quality assurance registration:
After acceptance, the system automatically activates the warranty, and the warranty number is bound to the order number;
